Parking on the property or passing through is only at your own risk. Parking on the lake is also at your own risk. Parc Sutton Bay Park Inc. is not responsible for any accident or injury, that may happen. It is very important to use at your own risk. The speed limit remains 10 km. Be careful if slippery. Do not access the property if slippery, icy condition. Everyone is responsible of their own action.

Vehicles & Property Rules
Roads Only: All vehicles, ATV’s and snowmobiles must stay on the road
Water Lines: Driving off-road freezes underground water lines. Damagers pay repair costs
Firewood & Trash: Do not take park firewood. Take all trash home with you.
Registration & Passes
Mandatory: Every vehicle and snowmobile need its own pass before lake entry
Process: Stop at the store and see Ken for payment. If he is not here, please fill out form at the deposit box and drop inside the box.
Display: Stick your season pass clearly on your windshield
Rates & Fees
Day Pass: $20/day
Season Pass: $100 (Maxes out after 6 days visits)
Ice Hut Storage: $250 (Must be paid upfront with your season pass)
Ice Shacks: Must clearly display your MNR hut number
Enforcement
Violations will result in “No Tresspassing” signs and total road closure
