Cancellation Policy for Short Term Stays

More than 72 hours before check-in: You will receive a 50% refund of your total booking

Within 72 hours before check-in: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time (1pm) are 100% non-refundable

*no refunds or credits will be issued if you choose to leave the campground earlier than your departure date for any reason

On-Site Trailer Rental Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before check-in: You will receive an 80% refund of your total booking amount (20% cancellation fees applies)

Within 7 days of check-in: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in time (1pm) are 100% non-refundable

Bad weather, including rain, wind or environmental conditions are not a valid reason for a refund
